Leaving a mark in everything we do is a reflection of our work. The knowledge of the game and the proximity to our players are part of the key to our success, as well as our experience in high performance football to focus on what really matters: the player.
They arise from his own experience and from having lived it in first person, since thanks to the individual work that Joan Vilà did when he was a player, he achieved his dream of playing in the 1st team of FC Barcelona.
Based on this idea, GO UP was born, with the aim of helping other footballers to transform their sporting career and achieve their dreams.

Go Up Players consolidates its position worldwide
Joan Vilà joined the FC Barcelona youth team (U18) in the 1970-1971 season.
He made the leap to the first team after two years in Barça B under the orders of Laureano Ruiz, a key coach in the improvement of some aspects of his game, essential for him to become an elite footballer.
He plays alongside Johan Cruyff and the team wins the Copa del Rey (1978) and the European Cup Winners' Cup (1979), the first in the club's history.
He finished his time as a professional player and began his career as a coach in the youth ranks of FC Barcelona. In addition to collective work, Vilà implements a working method based on specific individual training sessions in his daily routine with his players.
Go Up Players is born and the first tactical consultancy outside the services of a club and a technical team is carried out.
Carles Puyol hires the services of Vilà and the Go Up Players team to improve tactical aspects of his game. After several months of individual work, Puyol wins Euro 2008 with the Spanish national team and is named best defender of the Euro and a member of the FIFPro World XI.
Go Up Players consolidates its position by accompanying and advising elite players all over the world through the GO UP® Method, both in person and remotely.
Our passion and dedication has led us to work with more than 80 players over the years.
It is impossible to fully perform if you are not enjoying the game. In order to enjoy playing, the player needs to feel confident about himself and his decision making.
This is our starting point and what drives us to be closer to the player. We seek a better understanding of himself and his surroundings to know what to demand from him, to accompany him and even to enjoy playing football with him.
Commitment is essential to achieve any goal. The shared commitment between us and the player enables each part to bring value and boost the process.
We have been training and accompanying players in their professional development for more than 30 years. Some of the best players in the world have worked together with us.
We seek perfection because accompanying an elite player requires impeccable work. "Greatness is only achieved by doing the small details with excellence".
We consider ourselves to be part of the same team together with the player. We grow and learn together. This philosophy is what has made us evolve into what we are today.
There is a person behind every player, therefore, we are committed to individualised attention in which each player feels accompanied during his growth process.
We are fully involved in our work because we combine our two passions: football and the aim of helping the player’s development and growth.
